摘要
某型飞机外场使用时发生座舱盖缓慢下掉故障,通过对座舱盖缓慢下掉故障原因分析、排查及定位,确定座舱盖手动开启机构上操纵开关右侧腔活塞杆压胶面所受到的拉伸强度高于胶料自身拉伸强度,胶面无法承受外界的拉力而开裂,导致座舱盖液压系统密封性失效,座舱盖缓慢下掉。同时,结合修理经验和仿真验证,给出该故障修理措施和改进方向,为提高该型飞机修理质量提供参考。
During the use of a certain type of aircraft in the external field,the failure of slow fall of the canopy occurred.Through the analysis,investigation and positioning of the cause of the failure,it was determined that the tensile strength of the rubber surface of the piston rod on the right chamber of the control switch on the manual opening mechanism of the canopy was higher than the tensile strength of the rubber material itself,and the rubber surface could not withstand the external tension and cracked,resulting in the failure of the seal of the hydraulic system of the canopy.The hatchcover slowly came down.At the same time,combined with the repair experience and simulation verification,the fault repair measures and improvement direction are given to provide reference for improving the repair quality of this type of aircraft.
