摘要
本文以某乡村公路为例,首先介绍了预制块体所用混凝土的物料组成以及各物料的配合比。试验表明,将水泥、水、砂、石按照355:135:728:1016的质量比进行均匀混合,得到的混凝土预制块体28 d抗压强度可以达到41.7 MPa,满足路面施工要求。混凝土预制块体经检验不存在质量问题后,用自卸汽车运输到施工现场并完成铺筑。该技术不仅能节约工期,而且显著改善路面性能,具有广阔应用前景。
In this paper,taking a rural road as an example,the material composition of precast concrete and the mix ratio of each material are introduced.The test shows that the 28 d compressive strength of precast concrete blocks can reach 41.7 MPa by mixing cement,water,sand and stone uniformly according to the mass ratio of 355:135:728:1016,which meets the requirements of pavement construction.After inspecting that there is no quality problem,the precast concrete blocks are transported to the construction site by dump truck and paved.This technology can not only save the construction period,but also significantly improve the pavement performance,and has broad application prospects.
