大型水轮发电机组定子电晕机理分析与防晕技术

摘要 本文首先介绍了水轮发电机主绝缘内部放电、定子绕组槽部电晕和端部电晕的电晕机理,随后提出了相应的防晕措施。对于主绝缘内部放电,除了在生产环节优化浸渍工艺外,要定期检查并更换绝缘材料;对于槽部电晕,采取包覆低阻防晕带、涂刷低阻防晕漆,或者是半导体槽衬弹性固定工艺加固定子绕组等方式,能有效预防电晕的产生;对于端部电晕,采取电阻分压技术,或者是附加绝缘材料以及优化绕组接线方式等,也能达到防晕目的。 In this paper,the corona mechanism of main insulation internal discharge,stator winding slot corona and end corona is introduced first,and then the corresponding anti-corona measures are put forward.For the internal discharge of the main insulation,in addition to optimizing the impregnation process in the production process,the insulation material should be checked and replaced regularly;As for the corona of the slot,we can effectively prevent the corona by covering the low-resistance anti-corona strip,brushing the lowresistance anti-corona paint,or strengthening the stator winding by the elastic fixing process of semiconductor slot lining.For the end corona,the use of resistance voltage division technology,or additional insulation materials and optimization of winding wiring,etc.,can also achieve the purpose of corona prevention.
