摘要 兰州市水源地建设工程为国内首条应用TBM掘进、预制管片衬砌的有压输水隧洞,其中第3标段采用国产首台双护盾TBM,开挖直径5.49 m,采用平行四边形预制管片进行衬砌。在掘进施工中,该设备创造了最高日进尺61.57 m、月进尺1251.8 m的掘进纪录,仅用两年时间完成了长13.456 km隧洞掘进施工。本研究系统阐述了TBM在狭窄场地条件下的组装滑行及掘进、洞内拆卸等关键技术。 The Lanzhou Water Source Construction Project is the first pressurized water tunnel in China to use TBM excavation and prefabricated segment lining.The third section uses the first domestically produced double shield TBM,with an excavation diameter of 5.49 m,and is lined with parallel quadrilateral prefabricated segments.During the excavation construction,the equipment set a record for the highest daily footage of 61.57 m and monthly footage of 1251.8 m,completing a 13.456 km long tunnel excavation in just two years.This article systematically elaborates on key technologies such as assembly,sliding,excavation,and dismantling of TBM in narrow site condition.
