富水砂土地层地铁隧道注浆止水技术研究

摘要 为提高富水砂土地层注浆止水的效果,配制了一种低毒、低污染的聚氨酯注浆材料,并对不同注浆参数下的效果进行了试验研究。本文针对富水砂土地层地铁隧道,制备了一种低毒性(实际无毒)聚氨酯注浆料,并对其各项基本参数进行研究,重点对不同参数下的注浆止水效果进行试验,以期能为富水砂土地铁隧道的止水加固提供借鉴。 In order to improve the water sealing effect of grouting in water rich sand layer,a polyurethane grouting material with low toxicity and low pollution was prepared,and the effects under different grouting parameters were tested.In this paper,a kind of low toxicity(actually non-toxic)polyurethane grouting material was prepared for the subway tunnel in the water-rich sandy soil stratum,and its basic parameters were studied.The water sealing effect of grouting under different parameters was tested,in order to provide reference for the water sealing reinforcement of the subway tunnel in the water-rich sandy soil.
