SMW工法在软土地区施工工艺研究

摘要 SMW工法是一种常用的地基处理技术,广泛应用于基坑支护工程中。该工法具有刚度大、抗渗性好、施工简便、无环境污染、工期短等优点,特别适合于软土地基、建筑物密集的场所施工。本文以邯郸市某地下管廊基坑工程为研究背景,研究了SMW工法在软土地区的施工工艺,包括桩位布置、桩径选择、水泥浆配比、搅拌参数、H型钢插入、围护圈梁施工等内容,结果表明,SMW工法在软土地区的施工工艺应根据基坑周边环境和土层条件进行合理优化,以保证基坑支护的质量和效果。通过研究SMW工法桩的施工工艺,可以为基坑支护工程中的地基处理提供参考和指导,提高工程的施工质量和效率。 SMW method is a commonly used ground treatment technology,widely used in excavation support engineering.This method has advantages such as high stiffness,good impermeability,simple construction,no environmental pollution,and short construction period.It is particularly suitable for construction in soft soil areas with dense buildings.Taking a underground pipe gallery excavation project in Handan city as the research background,this paper studies the construction process of SMW method in soft soil areas,including pile arrangement,pile diameter selection,cement slurry ratio,mixing parameters,H-shaped steel insertion,and construction of surrounding ring beams.The results show that the construction process of SMW method in soft soil areas should be reasonably optimized according to the surrounding environment and soil conditions of the excavation,in order to ensure the quality and effectiveness of excavation support.By studying the construction process of SMW method piles,this research can provide references and guidance for ground treatment in excavation support projects,and improve the construction quality and efficiency of the projects.
