基于历史运行数据的汽轮机流量特性辨识与优化

摘要 汽轮机高压调门组流量特性对于机组的稳定运行以及电厂的负荷调节性能具有很大影响,但是由于燃煤机组调峰角色转变日益显著,机组经常工作在非额定工况,甚至低负荷运行,且设备改造、运行老化等,汽轮机调门组流量特性常常呈现非线性,本文以某一300 MW等级机组为例,采用聚类算法对其流量特性进行辨识与线性化校正,为机组实际运行提供参考。 The flow characteristics of steam turbine high-pressure regulating valve group have a great impact on the stable operation of the unit and the load regulation performance of the power plant.However,due to the increasingly significant change in the peak shaving role of coal-fired units,the units often work under non rated conditions,even low load operation,and equipment transformation,operation aging,etc.,the flow characteristics of steam turbine regulating valve group often show nonlinearity.This paper takes a 300 MW unit as an example,The clustering algorithm is used to identify and linearize the flow characteristics,which provides a reference for the actual operation of the unit.
