高校本科生科研创新能力宽口径、非均衡性培养

摘要 新时代背景下,科技创新快速发展,促使高等教育发生新的变革。高校本科生科研创新能力培养已被提升到国家战略规划高度,这不仅有利于高校本科生就业,更将为他们攻读研究生学业打下坚实基础。同时,也对高校人才培养模式和育人特色提出更高要求。文章针对高校本科生科研能力培养中存在相关课程少、训练不系统、学生不够重视等问题,提出了有效应对举措。通过介绍高校本科生科研创新能力培养相关政策,对国内外研究现状及发展趋势进行了综述,分析了高校本科生科研创新能力宽口径、非均衡性培养的重点和难点,总结了本科生科研创新能力宽口径、非均衡性培养的重要意义及思路。 Under the background of the new era,the rapid development of scientific and technological innovation has prompted new changes in higher education.The cultivation of scientific research and innovation ability of university undergraduates has been promoted to the height of national strategic planning,which is not only conducive to the employment of university undergraduates,but also lays a solid foundation for them to pursue graduate study.At the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for the mode and education characteristics of college talent training.This paper puts forward effective measures to solve the problems in the cultivation of undergraduate scientific research ability,such as few relevant courses,unsystematic training and insufficient attention from students.By introducing the related cultivation policy of scientific research and innovation ability of university undergraduates,this paper summarizes the research status and development trend at home and abroad,analyzes the key points and difficulties in the unbalanced broad stope cultivation of scientific research and innovation ability of university undergraduates,and summarizes the important significance and ideas of the unbalanced broad scope cultivation of scientific research and innovation ability of university undergraduates.
