摘要
乡村旅游核心课程改革是旅游职业教育服务乡村振兴战略实施,提升职业教育社会贡献度的必要举措。从乡村旅游发展对高素质创新型旅游人才、高质量复合型旅游人才、高水平科技型旅游人才的需求特征出发,可以构建“12345”乡村旅游核心课程改革模式;并从人培方案的统筹编制、混编师资团队的建设、校地合作关系的打造、五育并举的实施等维度提出乡村旅游核心课程改革的实施策略,从而以核心课程的改革为抓手,促进乡村旅游人才的高质量培养。
The core curriculum reform of rural tourism is a necessary measure for the implementation of tourism vocational education to serve the rural revitalization strategy and to enhance the social contribution of vocational education.Based on the demand characteristics of rural tourism development for high-quality innovative tourism talents,high-quality composite tourism talents and high-level high-tech tourism talents,the reform model of“12345”rural tourism core curriculum can be constructed.The paper also puts forward the implementation strategy of the reform of rural tourism core curriculum from the aspects of the overall preparation of the talent training program,the construction of the mixed teacher team,the construction of school-place cooperation,and the implementation of the five-education simultaneously,so as to promote the high-quality training of rural tourism talents with the reform of core curriculum as the starting point.
