摘要
教材改革是高职院校教学改革的基础,有利于落实立德树人根本任务、完善职业教育教材体系、深化校企合作长效机制,推进职教内容进教材。当前高职学前教育专业教材职业化探索与实践中存在思政教育元素融入不深、教材内容体例更新滞后、校企合作开发流于形式等问题。教材职业化改革有效的措施包括:开展“校企”双元合作,达成校企互利共赢;深化“知识能力素质”三维育人,培养高素质卓越人才;实现“岗课赛证”四位一体,提升专业技术技能。
Teaching material reform is the basis of teaching reform in higher vocational colleges,which is conducive to implementing the fundamental task of morality education,improving the teaching material system of vocational education,deepening the long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,and promoting the content of vocational education into teaching materials.At present,there are some problems in the exploration and practice of the professional teaching materials of preschool education in higher vocational colleges,such as not deep integration of ideological and political education elements,delayed updating of teaching material content and style,and school-enterprise cooperation development is only in form.The effective measures of teaching material professionalization reform include:carrying out the“school-enterprise”dual cooperation to achieve the mutual benefit of school and enterprise;deepening the three-dimensional education of“knowledge,ability and quality”to train high-quality talents;achieving“post-class-competition-certificate”four-in-one,to enhance professional technical skills.
