履带式巡检机器人在选煤厂的应用

摘要 针对选煤厂机电设备传统人工巡检过程中存在效率低、检测成本高、设备维护风险大等问题,通过对选煤厂机电设备巡检内容和要求进行分析,设计了一种履带式巡检机器人系统,可实现自动行走与远程监控。现场应用表明,履带式巡检机器人系统能够准确识别设备故障,异常识别率达到98.6%,可有效避免机电设备故障;可代替5~10人进行选煤厂机电设备巡检,从而大大降低了工人巡检劳动强度、节省了企业成本,取得了良好的应用效果。 In view of the problems of low efficiency,high detection cost and high risk of equipment maintenance in the traditional manual inspection process of electromechanical equipment in coal preparation plant,a crawler inspection robot system was designed by analyzing the inspection content and requirements of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal preparation plants,which can realize automatic walking and remote monitoring.The field application shows that the crawler inspection robot system can accurately identify equipment failure,abnormal identification rate reached 98.6%,can avoid mechanical and electrical equipment failure,replace at least 5~10 people for coal preparation plant electromechanical equipment inspection,which greatly reduces the workers inspection labor intensity,save the enterprise cost,obtain good application effect.
