摘要
为解决突出煤层低透气性导致的瓦斯抽采达标时间长的问题,以山西某矿2号煤层煤巷掘进工作面的超前瓦斯预抽为工程背景,采用水力冲孔增透技术对前方煤体瓦斯进行强化抽采。结果表明,采取水力冲孔增透技术钻孔的瓦斯抽采浓度明显高于普通钻孔,平均单孔抽采纯量均保持在普通钻孔的3倍以上;煤巷掘进期间的钻孔瓦斯解吸指标K_1值明显小于未实施水力冲孔措施的指标,水力冲孔增透技术能有效提高煤层透气性,从而大大提高煤层瓦斯抽采效率。
In order to address the prolonged compliance duration in gas extraction caused by the low permeability of protruding coal seams,this study was conducted on the advanced gas pre-extraction of the No.2 coal seam roadway excavation working face of a mine in Shanxi Province.The study employed hydraulic punching and permeability enhancement technology to strengthen gas extraction from the front coal body.The results show that the gas extraction concentration of boreholes using hydraulic punching and permeability enhancement technology is significantly higher than that of conventional boreholes,with an average single-hole extraction rate exceeding three times that of conventional boreholes.Moreover,the K 1 value of gas desorption index during coal tunnel excavation is significantly lower than the index without implementing hydraulic punching measures,signifying that hydraulic punching and permeability enhancement technology can effectively improve the permeability of coal seams,thereby significantly enhancing gas extraction efficiency.
