厚煤层综放工作面外错区冲击危险分析与防治 被引量:1

摘要 为保证厚煤层综放工作面切眼外错区域的安全回采,以郭家河1310工作面为工程背景,采用数值模拟研究了切眼外错区域工作面前方以及区段宽煤柱中的应力分布规律。研究结果表明,1310工作面回采至1308切眼前后,外错区域及1308采空侧的宽煤柱中应力水平较高,煤柱中垂直应力呈“双峰”分布状态,煤柱中存在稳定的弹性区,能够满足护巷与防冲要求。基于冲击危险的应力判别法,对切眼外错区域进行了冲击危险预测,据此提出了大直径卸压钻孔、煤体注水、煤体爆破等卸压防冲措施,为工作面外错区域安全回采提供技术支撑。 In order to ensure the safe coal extraction of the external-staggered area of a fully-mechanized top coal caving working face in thick coal seam,taking the No.1310 working face at Guojiahe Coal Mine as the engineering background,numerical simulation was used to study the stress distribution law in front of the working face and in the wide coal pillar in external-staggered area of the open-off cut.The results showed that before and after the No.1310 working face was mined to the No.1308 open-off cut,the stress level in the wide coal pillar in the external-staggered area and the No.1308 goaf side was relatively high,and the vertical stress in the coal pillar showed a"double peak"distribution state.There was a stable elastic zone in the coal pillar,which could meet the requirements of roadway protection and erosion prevention.Based on the stress discrimination method of rock burst risk,rock burst risk prediction was carried out for the external-staggered area of the open-off cut.Based on this,pressure relief and anti impact measures such as large diameter pressure relief drilling,coal injection,and coal blasting were proposed,providing technical support for safe coal extraction of the external-staggered area of the working face.
