摘要
山西泓翔煤业有限公司1139综采工作面为大倾角、大坡度仰采工作面,采用上行通风方式,采空区瓦斯涌出量较大,回风流及上隅角瓦斯浓度较高,瓦斯治理难度大。根据工作面煤层赋存条件和瓦斯涌出特点,采用以抽采为主的瓦斯治理技术,工作面回风流和上隅角瓦斯浓度分别控制在0.3%、0.4%以下,保证了矿井生产安全。
No.1139 fully-mechanized mining face of Shanxi Hongxiang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.is a large dip angle and slope upward mining face,which adopts upward ventilation method.The gas emission in the goaf is large,and the gas concentration in the return air flow and upper corner is high,making gas control difficult.According to the occurrence conditions of coal seams and the characteristics of gas emission in the working face,a gas control technology mainly based on extraction is adopted.The gas concentration in the return air flow and upper corner of the working face is controlled below 0.3%and 0.4%,respectively,to ensure production safety.
