高压射流钻割一体化卸压技术在石门揭煤防治煤与瓦斯突出中的应用

摘要 高压射流钻割一体化卸压技术是指在瓦斯抽采钻孔施工完成后,再利用高压射流在钻孔内割缝,破解钻孔周围产生的瓶颈效应,从而达到卸压的效果。在白龙山煤矿一井一号101采区一区段运煤斜巷C3石门揭煤防治煤与瓦斯突出过程中,使用了高压射流钻割一体化卸压技术。结果表明,瓦斯钻孔施工完成后,再在钻孔内割缝可消除应力集中,提高单孔出煤量,扩大钻孔的卸压范围;经孔内割缝操作后,煤层内残余瓦斯含量已经低于突出危险临界值,在效果检验孔施工过程中未出现异常瓦斯动力现象,消除了煤与瓦斯突出危险性,取得了明显的防突效果。 The integrated pressure relief technology of high-pressure jet drilling and cutting refers to the use of high-pressure jet cutting to cut gaps in the drilling hole after the completion of gas extraction drilling construction,breaking the bottleneck effect generated around the drilling hole,and achieving the effect of pressure relief.The high-pressure jet drilling and cutting integrated pressure relief technology was used in the process of uncovering coal and preventing coal and gas outburst at the C3 cross-cut of the inclined coal transportation roadway in the first section of the 101 mining area of the first well of the Bailongshan Coal Mine.The results show that after the completion of gas drilling construction,cutting seams in the boreholes can eliminate stress concentration,increase the coal output of a single hole,and expand the pressure relief range of the borehole.After the seam cutting operation in the hole,the residual gas content in the coal seam has been lower than the critical value of outburst danger.During the construction process of the effect inspection hole,there was no abnormal gas dynamic phenomenon,eliminating the danger of coal and gas outburst,and achieving obvious outburst prevention effect.
