新农科背景下《动物营养学》课程教学改革与实践

The reform and practice of teaching Animal Nutrition under the background of constructing new agriculture disciplines

[目的]为解决新农科建设背景下动物科学专业必修课程《动物营养学》教学中存在的重理论轻实践、学生自主学习意识不足等问题,全面贯彻“以学生为中心”的教学理念,将学生培养为复合型“三农”人才。[方法]从课程内容、教学模式、动手操作、思政建设四方面分析《动物营养学》传统教学过程中的问题,通过采用教学内容重构、教学方法改进以及教学评价改革,探索适合新农科背景下动物科学专业的教学路径。[结果]通过教学改革与实践,优化了课程思政体系,重塑了课程内容体系,完善了教学方法和教学手段,建立了多元化的考核评价体系,逐步形成了具备创新特色的线上线下混合教学模式。[结论]实施《动物营养学》课程教学改革与实践后,学生成绩显著提升,有利于培养出新时代的畜牧人才。

[Objectives]To solve the problems of emphasizing theory over practice and insufficient students'awareness of self-directed learning in the teaching of the compulsory course Animal Nutrition in animal science under the background of constructing new agricultural disciplines,and comprehensively implement the teaching concept of"student-oriented"to cultivate students into composite talents who know agriculture,love agriculture and thrive agriculture.[Methods]The problems in the traditional teaching process of Animal Nutrition were analyzed from four aspects including the content of course,the mode of teaching,hands-on operation,and value education.The pathways of teaching suitable for animal science majors in the context of new agricultural disciplines were explored through reconstructing the content of teaching,improving methods of teaching,and reforming evaluation of teaching reform.[Results]The value education in the course was optimized,the content of course was reshaped,the methods and means of teaching were improved,the diversified system of assessment and evaluation was established,and an innovative online and offline mixed teaching pattern was gradually formed through the reform and practice of teaching.[Conclusions]The studying performance of students was significantly improved,which is conducive to cultivating animal husbandry talents in the new era after implementing the reform and practice of teaching the course Animal Nutrition.
