针灸联合舒胸益气汤对冠心病心功能及血清指标和生活质量的作用研究

Effect of acupuncture Shuxiong Yiqi decoction on heart function,serum index and quality of life of coronary heart disease

目的 研究冠心病采用针灸联合舒胸益气汤治疗的临床效果,并观察治疗前后心功能和生活质量的改善情况。方法 选取2020年2月至2021年8月焦作市第二人民医院中医科收治的冠心病患者,从中选择94例作为研究对象,根据治疗药物的不同分组,给予常规西药治疗的47例作为对照组,在对照组基础上给予针灸联合中医舒胸益气汤治疗的47例作为治疗组。比较分析两组治疗效果、心功能、血清指标和生活质量。结果 治疗后,对照组总有效率(78.72%)低于治疗组(95.74%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.114,P<0.05);治疗组治疗后左心室射血分数(LVEF)[(48.33±66.66)%]高于对照组[(43.32±5.24)%],左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)(50.71±5.39)mm、左心室后壁厚度(LVPWT)(9.57±1.13)mm,均低于对照组[(56.55±6.53)mm、(11.64±1.35)mm],差异有统计学意义(t=4.053,P<0.05;t=4.729,P<0.05;t=8.061,P<0.05);对照组总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)高于治疗组;对照组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)低于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.680,P<0.05;t=12.550,P<0.05;t=7.595,P<0.05;t=8.253,P<0.05);治疗组欧洲五维健康量表(EQ-5D)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.204,P<0.05)。结论 针灸与中医舒胸益气汤联合治疗冠心病作用确切,适合进一步推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Shuxiong Yiqi decoction on coronary heart disease,and observe the improvement of heart function and quality of life before and after treatment.Methods Ninety-four patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of our hospital from February 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the study objects.According to differ-ent groups of therapeutic drugs,47 cases were given conventional western medicine treatment as the control group,and 47 cases were given acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine Shuxiong Yiqi decoction as the treatment group.The therapeutic effect,cardiac function,serum indexes and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results s After treatment,the total effective rate of control group(78.72%)was lower than that of treatment group(95.74%),and the dfference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.114,P<0.05).After treat-ment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)[(48.33±66.66)%] in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group[(43.32±5.24)%],left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)was(50.71±5.39)mm,and left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWT)was(9.57±1.13)mm.They were lower than control group[(56.55±6.53)mm,(11.64±1.35)mm],and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.053,P<0.05;t=4.729,P<0.05;t=8.061,P<0.05);total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in control group were higher than those in treatment group;The high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in control group was lower than that in treatment group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(t=12.680,P<0.05;t=12.550,P<0.05;t=7.595,P<0.05;t=8.253,P<0.05);The European Five-Dimension Health Scale(EQ-5D)score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(t=13.204,P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with TCM Shuxiong Yiqi decoction has definite effect on coronary heart disease and is suitable for further promotion.
