农村供水工程管理现状与对策

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Rural Water Supply Project Management

农村单村饮水安全工程管网延伸长、供水住户较集镇供水工程分散,用水人口少,在工程前期建设中投资较大,后期工程运行经费不足等问题十分突出。为使农村饮水安全工程建得好、管得好、长受益,以陕西省旬阳市双河镇农村单村供水工程为例,通过分析工程运行管理现状,找出运行中的薄弱环节,提出维护管理对策,确保广大农村居民饮水安全,为同类型农村饮水安全工程管护工作提供参考。

Rural single-village drinking water safety projects face several prominent issues,such as the long extension of the pipeline network,scattered water supply households compared to town water supply projects,a small population of water users,high initial construction investment,and insufficient funding for later project operation.In order to make the rural drinking water safety project well built,well managed and beneficial,this paper take the rural single village water supply project in Shuanghe Town,Xunyang City,Shaanxi Province as an example.Through analyzing the current situation of project operation and management,the weak links in operation are found out,and the maintenance and management countermeasures are proposed to ensure the drinking water safety of rural residents and provide reference for the management and protection of similar rural drinking water safety projects.
