昭平台灌区1^(#)倒虹吸工程应急修复方案设计

摘要 针对昭平台灌区1^(#)倒虹吸工程水毁应急修复的问题,在时间紧、任务重,资金紧缺无法短时间拆除重建的条件下,文章采用2021年“7·20”特大暴雨期间,昭平台水库溢洪道最大下泄流量与东小河流量叠加方法进行设计洪水计算和复核,确定此次防洪按20年一遇设计、50年一遇校核制定了应急修复方案,并提出了工程施工的基本要求。实践证明,1^(#)倒虹吸工程完工通水以来运行状况良好,未出现异常现象、结构稳定可靠。该应急修复方案可供类似工程参考。 The emergency repair of the flood damage of NO.1 inverted siphon project in Zhaopingtai Irrigation District is faced with the problems of tight,heavy task,shortage of funds,and impossible to be dismantled and rebuilt in a short time.The superposition method of the maximum discharge of the spillway of Zhaopingtai Reservoir and the discharge of Donghe River during the 7·20 heavy rain in 2021 is adopted to calculate and review the design flood.It is determined that the emergency repair plan is designed according to the 20 years-once and checked according to 50 years-once.The basic requirements of the project construction are put forward.The practice has proved that the NO.1 inverted siphon project has been running well since the completion of the water supply.It has no abnormal phenomenon and its structure is stable and reliable.The emergency repair design scheme can be used as reference for similar engineering design.
