摘要
项目法人对水利工程建设起至关重要的作用,深刻影响工程质量、进度、成本等有关工程的相关因素,所以如何高质量地组建项目法人,是问题的关键所在,文章以实例分析目前水利工程项目法人工程建设管理过程中存在的问题,提出相应的建议,以期对今后水利工程项目法人管理有所帮助。
The project legal person plays a crucial role in the construction of water conservancy projects,which deeply affects the project quality,progress,cost and other related factors.Therefore,how to form a high-qualityproject legal person is the key problem.The problems existing in the current management process of water conservancy project legal persons is analyzed in this paper with examples.The corresponding suggestions are put forward,in order to help the management of water conservancy project legal persons in the future.
