摘要
泵站人员管理是泵站管理的核心,其管理方式直接影响到泵站资源利用率及泵站整体安全性和经济性。通过南水北调河南省配套工程泵站A为例详细介绍人员管理应用层次分析法以及模糊评价法的研究和计算过程,并对五个泵站的评价结果进行了分析对比,实现了人员管理水平的有效评估,对同类泵站的安全运行及高效管理具有一定的参考价值。
Personnel management is the core for pump station management,which directly affects the utilization of pump station resources and the overall safety and economy of pump station.Taking the pumping station A of the supporting project of South-to-North Water Diversion in Henan Province as an example,the research and calculation process of personnel management assessment based on the application of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method are introduced in detail.The assessment results of five pumping stations are analyzed and compared to realize the effective evaluation of personnel management level.The results can provide decision-making basis for managers.It have certain reference value for the safe operation and efficient management of similar pumping stations.
