呼吸机校准中的常见问题分析及保养措施

Analysis of Common Problems and Maintenance Measures in VentilatorrCalibration

呼吸机是医院中常见的一种医疗设备,对改善患者呼吸功能起到重要作用。随着呼吸机被长期使用,很容易出现一些故障,如果不能及时对其进行处理,可能会造成不可逆的医疗事故。本文在JJF 1234—2018《呼吸机校准规范》的基础上,着重分析在呼吸机校准过程中出现的潮气量相对示值误差超差、吸气氧浓度示值误差超差、吸气压力水平超差、呼吸频率相对示值误差等问题,并提出相关解决措施,同时针对呼吸机日常保养进行了阐述分析。

Ventilator is a common medical device in hospitals,which plays an important role in improving patients'respiratory function.With the long-term use of ventilators,it is easy to encounter some malfunctions.If they cannot be treated in a timely manner,it may cause irreversible medical accidents.On the basis of JJF 12342018"Respirator Calibration Specification",this article focuses on analyzing the problems that occur during the calibration process of ventilators,such as tidal volume relative indication error exceeding tolerance,inspiratory oxygen concentration indication error exceeding tolerance,inspiratory pressure level exceeding tolerance,respiratory frequency relative indication error,etc.,and proposes relevant solutions.At the same time,it elaborates and analyzes the daily maintenance of ventilators.
