气相色谱法测定化妆品中戊二醛的含量

Determination of Glutaraldehyde in Cosmetics by Gas Chromatography

摘要 本文建立气相色谱分析法检测化妆品中戊二醛的含量,采用HP-FFAP色谱柱,样品经甲醇-三氯乙酸混合液(v/v=4∶1)超声提取,外标法进行定量。结果表明,戊二醛在15~500μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r2=0.999917),方法的检出限为50μg/g,定量限为150μg/g,回收率为90.5%~99.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.4%~1.1%。该方法准确、可靠,适用于化妆品中戊二醛含量的检测。 To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of glutaraldehyde in cosmetics,the samples were extracted by methanol-trichloroacetic acid(v/v=4:1)ultrasonic and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that a good linearity at the concentration range of 15 to 500μg/mL(r=0.999917).The detection limit of glutaraldehyde was 50μg/g,the quantitation limit of glutaraldehyde was 150μg/g,the recoveries were 90.5%~99.3%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were 0.4%~1.1%.The method is accurate and reliable for the determination of glutaraldehyde in cosmetics.
