2018-2021年江苏省张家港市医疗卫生机构污水消毒质量监测

Quality monitoring of sewage disinfection in medical and health institutions in Zhangjiagang city,Jiangsu province from 2018 to 2021

目的了解张家港市医疗卫生机构污水消毒质量状况,为污水消毒监督管理提供依据。方法对2018-2021年张家港市46家医疗卫生机构污水的总余氯及粪大肠菌群进行检测与评价。结果共检测污水样品512份,总合格率为66.21%。总余氯与粪大肠菌群的合格率分别为66.39%、91.41%,2018-2021年各年度合格率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);随着总余氯含量升高,粪大肠菌群合格率也相应升高。使用含氯消毒剂和过硫酸氢钾复合盐处理的污水样品,粪大肠菌群合格率分别为92.23%、80.56%,合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.413,P=0.036)。公共卫生机构合格率最高(86.11%),三级、二级、一级医院的污水合格率依次为71.62%、69.72%、60.12%,民营专科医院合格率最低(42.86%),不同类别医疗卫生机构污水合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=30.933,P<0.001);市区与乡镇医疗卫生机构的合格率分别为72.32%、61.46%,合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.646,P=0.010)。结论张家港市医疗卫生机构的污水合格率总体较低,尤其是民营专科医院和乡镇医院,需进一步加强污水消毒与监督管理。

Objective To understand the quality status of sewage disinfection in Zhangjiagang medical and health institutions,and provide evidence for sewage disinfection supervision and management.Methods The total residual chlorine and fecal coliform in sewage from 46 medical and health institutions in Zhangjiagang from 2018 to 2021 were detected and evaluated.Results In total,512 sewage samples were detected,with a total qualified rate of 66.21%.The qualified rates of total residual chlorine and fecal coliform were 66.39%and 91.41%,respectively,and there was no statistical significance among the annual qualified rates from 2018-2021(P>0.05).The qualified rate of fecal coliform increased with the increase of total residual chlorine content.The qualified rates of fecal coliform were 92.23%and 80.56%for the samples with chlorine-containing disinfectant and potassium hydrogen peroxymonosulfate,respectively,with significant difference(χ^(2)=4.413,P=0.036).The qualified rate in public health institutions was the highest(86.11%),and the qualified rates of sewage in tertiary,secondary and primary hospitals were 71.62%,69.72%and 60.12%,respectively.The qualified rate in private specialized hospitals was the lowest(42.86%).The qualified rate of sewage in different types of medical and health institutions was significantly different(χ^(2)=30.933,P<0.001).The qualified rates in urban and township medical and health institutions were 72.32%and 61.46%,respectively,with significant difference(χ^(2)=6.646,P=0.010).Conclusions The qualified rate of sewage disinfection is generally low in Zhangjiagang medical and health institutions,especially in private hospitals and township hospitals.and sewage disinfection and supervision should be further strengthened.
