摘要
目的研究在猪动物模型中单极射频(MRF)与聚对二甲基羟己酮(PDO)线植入治疗后皮肤的病理变化。方法在两只幼猪腹部皮肤行MRF和PDO线植入,于MRF和PDO线植入后1个月、3个月进行皮肤活检及组织病理学检查。结果在两个治疗组中,与基线水平相比,真皮胶原束的厚度在治疗后1个月、3个月均显著增加(P<0.05),MRF组真皮胶原重塑较PDO线组多。MRF治疗后1个月,皮下脂肪小叶有轻度破坏,3个月时明显好转。PDO线植入后1个月皮下脂肪层出现两个圆形空洞,周围可见胶原纤维包裹,炎症细胞浸润明显,血管增多;3个月时,皮下脂肪层纤维间隔增宽。结论MRF和PDO线植入引起皮肤组织一系列变化,两者均可诱导胶原重塑,MRF对真皮胶原重塑作用优于PDO线植入。MRF治疗后出现轻度皮下脂肪小叶破坏,PDO线植入后导致皮下脂肪层植入线周围胶原纤维和血管环境改变。
Objective To investigate the pathological changes in the skin tissues after monopolar radiofrequency(MRF) treatment and polydioxanone(PDO) thread insertion in young pig animal models.Methods Skin biopsies and histopathological examinations were performed at one-month and three-month after MRF treatment and PDO thread insertion in the abdominal skin of two pigs.Results In both groups,compared with baseline levels,the thickness of dermal collagen fibers increased significantly at one month and three months after treatment(P<0.05),with more dermal collagen remodeling in the MRF group than in the PDO thread group.There was mild destruction of the subcutaneous fat lobules at one month after monopolar radiofrequency treatment,but with significant improvement at three months after treatment.At one month after PDO thread insertion,two circular cavities appeared in the subcutaneous fat layer,surrounded by collagen fibers,with marked inflammatory cell infiltration and increased vascularity.At three months after insertion,the fibrous septa were widened in the subcutaneous fat layer.Conclusion MRF treatment and PDO thread insertion caused a series of changes in skins,and both induced collagen remodeling,with MRF treatment showing a better result.Mild subcutaneous fat lobule destruction occurred after monopolar MRF treatment,and PDO thread insertion led to changes in the collagen fiber and vascular around the inserted thread of subcutaneous fat layer.
