摘要
针对分布式光伏大量无序接入配电网导致的安全风险问题,设计有源配电网分布式光伏承载力分析平台,旨在帮助电网调度部门全面掌握区域电网承载能力,实现分布式光伏承载力的可观可测。首先,分析了分布式光伏承载力的评估指标,按照分层分区原则,从局部到整体、低压到高压,按供电区域和电压等级开展电网承载能力评估;然后,进行热稳定计算、电压偏差、短路电流等校核,确定供电区域内的承载等级和可新增电源容量;最后,实现有源配电网分布式光伏承载力平台,提供可接入容量计算、承载力评估、统计分析等功能及可视化结果。经验证,所设计的分布式光伏承载力分析方案能够评估区域配电网各级母线的承载力及可接入容量,并将分析结果进行可视化展示。
In response to the security risks caused by the disorderly access of a large number of distributed photovoltaics to the distribution network,this article designs an active distribution network distributed photovoltaic bearing capacity analysis platform,aiming to help the power grid scheduling department comprehensively grasp the regional power grid bearing capacity and achieve observable and measurable distributed photovoltaic bearing capacity.Firstly analyzes the evaluation indicators of distributed photovoltaic carrying capacity,according to the principle of hierarchical zoning,the grid carrying capacity is evaluated based on the power supply area and voltage level,from local to overall,and from low to high voltage.Then thermal stability calculations,voltage deviations,short circuit currents,and other calibrations are carried out to determine the carrying capacity and newly added power capacity within the power supply area.Finally,an active distribution network distributed photovoltaic carrying capacity platform is achieved,which provides functions such as accessible capacity calculation,bearing capacity evaluation,statistical analysis,and visualization results.After verification,the distributed photovoltaic bearing capacity analysis scheme designed in this article can evaluate the bearing capacity and accessible capacity of all levels of bus bars in the regional distribution network,and visualize the analysis results.
