“双碳”下230 MHz电力无线专网建设演进策略

摘要 以“双碳”为目标的新型电力系统,新能源大量接入,电网协同控制、稳定运行的需求逐步提升,电力无线专网作为安全、高效承载电力涉控业务的重要手段之一,有必要在现有产品及网络架构基础上进行演进,以加速实现电力无线专网在电网中的规模建设和应用。分析了新型电力系统背景下电力业务对通信的需求,结合5G/6G通信技术的新特性,提出230 MHz电力无线专网基站、核心网等通信产品演进及系统网络建设方法,在分布式电源、输电走廊、新能源场站等3类电力典型应用场景中分析了不同演进型基站的部署及应用方式,提升电力业务运行效率。230 MHz电力无线专网建设演进策略,能够从设备低成本升级、网络快速部署和应用方面,推动产业升级,支撑智能电网建设。 As a large number of new energy sources connect,the new power system with the dual carbon target gradually increase the demands for coordinated control and stable operation.The power wireless private network is an important means to carrying power control services safely and efficiently.It is necessary to evolve the product and network to accelerate the construction and application of power wireless private networks in the power grid.The communication needs of power business is analyzed in the new power system.Based on the new features of 5G/6G technology,products and network evolution methods are proposed including 230 MHz power wireless private network base stations and core networks.The deployment modes of three different evolving base stations can improve operation efficiency in different typical application scenarios,such as distributed power generation,transmission corridors and new energy stations.The 230 MHz power wireless private network construction evolution strategy can upgrade equipment at a low cost,quickly build networks,promote industrial upgrading,and support the construction of smart grids.
