基于多目标优化的多区域热电联产最优调度

摘要 随着热电联产(combined heat and power,CHP)设备的快速发展,有效实现各区域之间能源的优化配置成为能源系统调度领域的新难题。考虑各区域能源传输时进汽阀开启与关闭对涡轮机运行效率的影响,综合权衡热电厂经济成本与环境成本,提出一种基于多目标优化的多区域互联的CHP优化调度方法。通过ε-约束将多目标优化问题转化为单目标问题,并采用GAMS软件环境下的OQNLP求解器对所提模型进行求解。仿真结果表明,相对于传统方法,将各个区域进行互联可以最大限度地降低运行成本和污染物排放,实现各区域整体最优。 With the rapid development of combined heat and power equipment,the effective realization of the optimal allocation of energy between various regions has become a new problem in the field of energy system scheduling.This paper considers the impact of the opening and closing of the inlet valve on the operating efficiency of the turbine during energy transmission in various regions,comprehensively weighs the economic and environmental costs of thermal power plants,and proposes a multi-objective optimization-based multi-regional interconnection cogeneration optimization scheduling method.Theε-constraints are used to transform the multi-objective problem into a single-objective problem,and use the OQNLP solver in the GAMS software environment to solve the proposed model.The simulation results show that compared with traditional methods,interconnecting various regions can minimize operating costs and pollutant emissions,and achieve the overall optimization of each region.
