Enhancing Engineering Resilience in Urban Underground Space

摘要 城市地下空间开发利用是提升国防战备、提高城市综合防灾能力的重要举措。目前,我国地下基础设施建设规模大、发展迅猛,同时也存在规划落后、建设和运营风险大等问题。为了提升我国地下空间工程韧性和使用品质,基于城市地下空间工程的特点,给出城市地下空间工程韧性的定义和内涵特征,分析城市地下空间全寿命周期工程韧性提升方法。研究认为:1)应从规划、勘察设计、施工、运维全生命周期提升工程韧性,系统地建造城市地下空间;2)城市更新技术、韧性结构及材料、智能建造和智慧运维是韧性提升的重要方向;3)提出7项工程韧性提升关键建造技术,以期通过提升城市地下空间工程韧性,增强城市功能和防灾减灾能力。 The development and utilization of urban underground spaces play a vital role in bolstering national defense preparedness and enhancing the overall disaster prevention capabilities of cities.While China has made significant strides in scaling up underground infrastructure construction at a rapid pace,it still struggles with issues such as outdated planning and elevated construction and operational risks.To enhance China′s underground space engineering resilience and quality,the authors define the key characteristics of urban underground space engineering resilience and explore methods to enhance it throughout the space′s entire life cycle.The analysis leads to the following conclusions:(1)Engineering resilience must be improved across the entire-life cycle,including planning,investigation,design,construction,and operation and maintenance,thus necessitating a systematic and holistic approach.(2)Embracing urban renewal technology,resilience-focused structures and materials as well as intelligent construction and operation and maintenance,are crucial avenues for resilience enhancement.(3)Therefore,seven key construction techniques are proposed to strengthen the urban function and disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities by enhancing the engineering resilience of urban underground space.
