摘要
介绍了一种基于AD4130芯片的高精度温度采集系统,系统以单片机(MCU)为核心,设计4路AD4130电路作为信号采集放大及AD转换电路,可实现8路高精度温度传感器测量,具有自动校准,恒定电流源输出、自动量程切换,适用于负温度系数(NTC)传感器精密测量,也适应PT100、PT1000、PTC传感器测量,设计RS485异步通讯接口电路作为信号输出电路,可实现与上位机通讯。这种新型温度采集系统采用10μA的电流源输出,降低了传感器自热,实现了温度高精度检测。
This paper introduces a high precision temperature acquisition system based on AD4130,in the system,single chip microcomputer MCU is used as a core.Designed 4 channels AD4130 as signal acquisition and amplification and AD conversion circuit,The system can automatically process 8 channels of high precision temperature sensors signal.It can automatically celebrate,output invariable current supply,automatic range switching.It is suited to precision measurement for adopt(Negative Temperature Coefficient NTC)sensor,also be used for PT100,PT1000,PTC measure,and so on.The system with RS485 asynchronous communication interface,implement the communication with the upper computer.The temperature acquisition system adopts 10μA current source output,which reduces self-heating of the sensor and realizes the high precision temperature detection.
