摘要
目的探讨不同教学模式对高职护生核心能力的影响,为培养高素质的护理人才提供依据。方法采用整群抽样法,选取江苏医药职业学院2015级三年制护理专业二年级的护生作为研究对象。其中采用院校合作教学模式的2个班100名护生为观察组,采用传统教学模式的2个班100名护生为对照组。采用护生核心能力量表调查,并比较两组护生的核心能力。结果第二学年末观察组护生核心能力在终身学习、一般临床技能维度、评判性思维推理能力、关心维度、道德和责任维度方面得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论院校合作教学模式能提高护生核心能力,是一种值得推广应用的教学模式。
Objective To explore the influence of different teaching models on the core competence of nursing students in higher vocational colleges,and to provide the basis for the cultivation of high quality nursing talents.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to select nursing students in the second year of three-year nursing major in 2015 as the research object.The observation group consisted of 100 nursing students from 2 classes with cooperative teaching mode and the control group consisted of 100 nursing students from 2 classes with traditional teaching mode.The core competence scale of nursing students was used to investigate and compare the core competence of the two groups.Results At the end of the second school year,the core competence scores of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in the dimensions of lifelong learning,general clinical skills,critical thinking and reasoning ability,caring dimension,ethics and responsibility dimension,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The cooperative teaching model can improve the core competence of nursing students and is worth popularizing.
