蓝刺头黄酮对小鼠血清免疫指标和抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Echinops latifolius Tausch flavonoids on serum immune and antioxidant indexes in mice

摘要 试验旨在研究蓝刺头黄酮对小鼠免疫指标和抗氧化指标的影响。选取80只昆明小鼠,随机分为4组,每组20个重复,每个重复1只鼠。低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组小鼠分别灌服100、200、400 mg/kg蓝刺头黄酮溶液,空白对照组灌服等量蒸馏水。试验期30 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,各剂量组小鼠胸腺、脾脏指数均升高(P>0.05),高剂量组小鼠胸腺指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。高剂量组小鼠血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量略高于对照组(P>0.05);中剂量组小鼠血清中IgA含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,高剂量组、中剂量组小鼠血清中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量极显著降低(P<0.01),高剂量组小鼠血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著降低(P<0.05),中剂量组小鼠血清IL-6含量显著降低(P<0.05)。高、中、低剂量组小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);高、低剂量组小鼠血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),高剂量组小鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。研究表明,蓝刺头黄酮能够促进小鼠免疫器官发育,增强小鼠机体抗氧化能力,从而有效改善机体免疫功能,灌服400 mg/kg蓝刺头黄酮溶液效果最佳。 The experiment was to study the effect of Echinops latifolius Tausch flavonoids on immune and antioxidant indexes of mice.A total of 80 Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups,with 20 replicates in each group and one mouse in each replicate.The mice in low dose group,middle dose group,and high dose group were gavaged with 100,200 and 400 mg/kg Echinops latifolius Tausch flavonoids,respectively,and the mice in the blank control group were treated with the same amount of distilled water.The experiment lasted for 30 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the thymus and spleen indexes of the mice in each dose group were increased(P>0.05),and the thymus index of high-dose group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of IgG and IgA in high-dose group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the serum level of IgM was slightly higher than that in control group(P>0.05).The serum IgA level in medium-dose group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the serum levels of IL-1βin high-dose group and medium-dose group were extremely decreased(P<0.01),and the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin high-dose group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The serum IL-6 of mice in medium dose group was significantly rdecreased(P<0.05).The activity of SOD in serum of mice in high,medium and low dose groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and GSH-Px activity was extremely higher than control group(P<0.01).The serum T-AOC of mice in high and low dose group was extremely higher than that in control group(P<0.01),and the serum MDA content of mice in high dose group was extremely lower than that in control group(P<0.01).The study indicates that the Echinops latifolius Tausch flavonoids can promote the development of immune organs in mice,enhance the antioxidant capacity of mice,and improve the immune function of mice,and adding 400 mg/kg flavonoid solution has the best effect.
