三子养亲汤合半夏厚朴汤加减治疗痰浊阻肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果及对肺通气功能的影响

Effect of modified Sanzi Yangqin decoction combined with Banxia Houpo decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of phlegm turbidity obstructing lung type and its influence on pulmonary ventilation function

目的探讨三子养亲汤合半夏厚朴汤加减治疗痰浊阻肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的效果。方法选择2021年4月至2022年4月收治的80例痰浊阻肺型COPD患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上行三子养亲汤合半夏厚朴汤加减治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)及FEV_(1)/FVC高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平及红细胞沉降率(ESR)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的改良版英国医学研究委员会呼吸困难量表(mMRC)评分低于对照组,6 min步行距离长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三子养亲汤合半夏厚朴汤加减治疗痰浊阻肺型COPD的效果满意,能够改善患者的肺通气功能,抑制炎性因子表达,也能减轻呼吸困难程度,改善运动耐力,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of modified Sanzi Yangqin decoction combined with Banxia Houpo decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)of phlegm turbidity obstructing lung type.Methods A total of 80 patients with COPD of phlegm turbidity obstructing lung type admitted from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Sanzi Yangqin decoction and Banxia Houpo decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV_(1)/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the modified British Medical Research Council Dyspnea Scale(mMRC)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the 6 min walking distance was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Sanzi Yangqin decoction combined with Banxia Houpo decoction in the treatment of COPD of phlegm turbidity obstructing lung type has satisfactory effect,it can improve the pulmonary ventilation function of patients,inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors,reduce the degree of dyspnea,and ameliorate exercise endurance,which is worth promoting.
