血清胱抑素C与子痫前期子代出生体重的相关性分析

Correlation between serum cystatin C and birth weight of pre-eclampsia offspring

目的探讨血清胱抑素C与子痫前期子代出生体重的相关性。方法回顾性纳入2019年1月至2021年12月在福州市第一医院住院的规范产检并诊断子痫前期的孕妇为子痫前期组,同期就诊的正常妊娠孕妇作为对照组。采用Pearson相关分析和线性回归分析确定不同孕周血清胱抑素C与子痫前期子代出生体重的相关性。结果共纳入24例子痫前期孕妇和190例正常妊娠孕妇。子痫前期组孕妇在孕12、26和38周三个不同时期的血清胱抑素C显著高于对照组,且子痫前期组孕妇的新生儿出生体重明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,孕26和38周孕妇血清胱抑素C与出生体重呈负相关(r=-0.605、-0.426,P<0.05)。线性回归分析显示,孕26周(β=-0.17,95%CI:-850.61~-97.47,P=0.01)和孕38周(β=-0.18,95%CI:-667.05~-55.07,P=0.02)血清胱抑素C与出生体重呈独立负相关。结论血清胱抑素C可能影响子痫前期子代出生体重。

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum cystatin C and birth weight of pre-eclampsia offspring.Methods The pregnant women admitted to the First Hospital of Fuzhou for standardized prenatal examination and diagnosis of pre-eclampsia from January 2019 to December 2021 were included retrospectively and divided into the pre-eclampsia group,while the pregnant women with normal pregnancy who were treated at the same time were divided into the control group.Pearson correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were used to determine the correlation between serum cystatin C and birth weight of pre-eclampsia offspring in different gestational weeks.Results A total of 24 pregnant women with pre-eclampsia and 190 pregnant women with normal pregnancy were included.The serum cystatin C of pregnant women in the pre-eclampsia group was significantly higher than that in the control group at three different stages at 12 weeks,26 weeks,and 38 weeks of pregnancy,and the neonatal birth weight of pregnant women in the pre-eclampsia group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance differences(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between serum cystatin C and birth weight in pregnant women at 26 and 38 weeks of pregnancy(r=-0.605,-0.426,P<0.05).Linear regression analysis showed that 26 weeks of pregnancy(β=-0.17,95%CI:-850.61--97.47,P=0.01)and 38 weeks of pregnancy(β=-0.18,95%CI:-667.05--55.07,P=0.02)serum cystatin C showed independent negative correlation with birth weight.Conclusion Serum cystatin C may affect the birth weight of pre-eclampsia offspring.
