Influencing factors of psychological disorders in patients with sudden deafness

目的:分析突发性耳聋患者心理障碍的影响因素。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年12月该院收治的102例突发性耳聋患者进行前瞻性研究,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评估患者心理状况,依据SCL-90评分将其分为心理障碍组和心理健康组,收集两组基础资料,分析突发性耳聋患者心理障碍的影响因素。结果:102例患者平均SCL-90评分为(138.98±10.35)分,其中>160分36例,≤160分66例;两组年龄、发病部位、婚姻状况、家庭人均月收入、家庭功能、社会支持度、职业和睡眠状况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组性别、体质量指数、付费方式、基础疾病情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄<60岁、双侧发病、未婚/离异/丧偶、家庭人均月收入<5000元、家庭功能低水平、社会支持度欠佳、语言及音乐相关职业、睡眠障碍均为影响突发性耳聋患者心理障碍的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:年龄<60岁、双侧发病、未婚/离异/丧偶、家庭人均月收入<5000元、家庭功能低水平、社会支持度欠佳、语言及音乐相关职业、睡眠障碍均为影响突发性耳聋患者心理障碍的危险因素。

Objective:To explore influencing factors of psychological disorders in patients with sudden deafness.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 102 patients with sudden deafness admitted to this hospital from January 2020 to December 2022.The psychological status of these patients was evaluated by symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90).According to the SCL-90 score,they were divided into psychological disorder group and mental health group.The basic data of the two groups were collected to analyze the influencing factors of psychological disorders in these patients with sudden deafness.Results:The average SCL-90 score of the 102 patients was(138.98±10.35)points,including 36 cases with>160 points and 66 cases with≤160 points.There were significant differences in the proportions of age,location of disease,marital status,family per capita monthly income,family function,social support,occupation and sleep status between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the proportions of gender,body mass index,payment method,and underlying diseases between the two groups(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age<60 years old,bilateral location of disease,unmarried or divorced or widowed,family per capita monthly income<5000 yuan,low level of family function,poor social support,language and music related occupation,and sleep disorder were risk factors for psychological disorders in the patients with sudden deafness(P<0.05).Conclusions:Age<60 years old,bilateral location of disease,unmarried or divorced or widowed,family per capita monthly income<5000 yuan,low level of family function,poor social support,language and music related occupation,and sleep disorder are the risk factors for psychological disorders in the patients with sudden deafness.
