补肾化痰方联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者的效果

Effects of Bushen Huatan decoction combined with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone acetate tablets in treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的:观察补肾化痰方联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者的效果。方法:选取2022年10月至2023年4月该院收治的60例多囊卵巢综合征患者进行前瞻性研究,按照抛硬币法分为观察组与对照组各30例。对照组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合补肾化痰方治疗,比较两组B超检查指标、性激素、血糖和血脂水平。结果:治疗后,观察组卵泡数目、卵巢体积,血清促黄体生成素、雌二醇、睾酮、泌乳素水平,以及空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇和三酰甘油水平均低于对照组,子宫内膜厚度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾化痰方联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者可提高子宫内膜厚度,降低卵泡数目、卵巢体积、性激素水平、血糖水平和血脂水平,效果优于单纯炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Bushen Huatan decoction combined with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone acetate tablets in treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to this hospital from October 2022 to April 2023.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the coin tossing method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone acetate tablets,while the observation group was treated with Bushen Huatan decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of B-ultrasound examination indexes,the sex hormone,the blood glucose,and the blood lipid were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the number of follicles,the ovarian volume,the serum levels of luteinizing hormone,estradiol,testosterone,prolactin,the levels of fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,total cholesterol and triglyceride in the ob servation group were lower than those in the control group,and the endometrial thickness was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Bushen Huatan decoction combined with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone acetate tablets in the treatment of the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome can increase the endometrial thickness,reduce the num ber of follicles,the ovarian volume,the sex hormone levels,t he blood glucose levels and the blood lipid levels.Moreover,it is superior to single Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone ace tate tablets treatment.
