麝香通心滴丸联合常规药物治疗急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者的效果

Effects of Shexiang Tongxin dropping pills combined with conventional drugs in treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention

目的:观察麝香通心滴丸联合常规药物治疗急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后患者的效果。方法:选取2022年5月至2023年6月该院收治的60例急性心肌梗死患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各30例。两组入院后均行急诊PCI治疗,在此基础上,对照组予以常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合麝香通心滴丸治疗,两组均持续治疗1个月。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后心肌标志物指标[心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、肌红蛋白(Mb)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)]水平、血管内皮功能指标[内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组cTnI、Mb、CK-MB、ET-1水平均低于对照组,NO水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:麝香通心滴丸联合常规药物治疗急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低心肌标志物指标水平,改善血管内皮功能指标水平,效果优于单纯常规药物治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Shexiang Tongxin dropping pills combined with conventional drugs in treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to this hospital from May 2022 to June 2023.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with emergency PCI after admission.On this basis,the control group was treated with conventional drugs,while the observation group was treated with Shexiang Tongxin dropping pills on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,the levels of myocardial markers[cardiac troponin I(cTnI),myoglobin(Mb),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)]and vascular endothelial function indexes[endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO)]before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of cTnI,Mb,CK-MB and ET-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the level of NO was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Shexiang Tongxin dropping pills combined with conventional drugs can improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce the levels of myocardial markers and improve the levels of vascular endothelial function in the patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.Moreover,it is superior to single simple conventional drug treatment.
