腹腔镜手术治疗早中期结直肠癌的效果观察

Effect Observation of Laparoscopic Surgery in Treatment of Early-Stage and Mid-Stage Colorectal Cancer

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗早中期结直肠癌的效果。方法:选取2017年7月—2022年7月淮安市金湖县人民医院收治的50例早中期结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各25例。对照组采用常规开腹手术,观察组采用腹腔镜手术。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组肛门排气时间、开始进食时间、肠鸣音恢复时间早于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗早中期结直肠癌的效果良好,可加速患者康复,减少术中出血量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of early-stage and mid-stage colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 50 patients with early-stage and mid-stage colorectal cancer admitted to Huaian Jinhu County People's Hospital from July 2017 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to lottery method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional laparotomy and the observation group underwent laparoscopic surgery.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The anal exhaust time,feeding time,and intestinal sound recovery time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery has a good effect in the treatment of early-stage and mid-stage colorectal cancer,which can accelerate the recovery of patients,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,and reduce the incidence of complications.
