飞秒激光辅助超声乳化手术治疗硬核白内障的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Femtosecond Laser Assisted Phacoemulsification in Treatment of Hard Nuclear Cataract

目的:分析飞秒激光辅助超声乳化手术(FLACS)治疗硬核白内障的临床效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年10月徐州复兴眼科医院收治的60例硬核白内障患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各30例。对照组实施常规白内障超声乳化手术,研究组实施FLACS。比较两组术中超声乳化情况、最佳矫正视力、角膜内皮细胞密度、并发症发生情况。结果:研究组平均超声功率高于对照组,实际超声乳化时间、有效超声乳化时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。术前,两组最佳矫正视力、角膜内皮细胞密度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1周、1个月、2个月,研究组最佳矫正视力优于对照组,角膜内皮细胞密度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:FLACS治疗硬核白内障的效果较好,患者术中情况、术后恢复效果良好,且未提高不良反应发生率。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of femtosecond laser assisted cataract surgery(FLACS)in treatment of hard nuclear cataract.Methods:A total of 60 hard nuclear cataract patients admitted to Xuzhou Fuxing Eye Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional phacoemulsification surgery,and the study group performed FLACS.Intraoperative phacoemulsification,best-corrected visual acuity,corneal endothelial cell density,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The average ultrasound power in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the actual phacoemulsification time and effective phacoemulsification time in the study group were longer than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before operation,there was no significant difference in best-corrected visual acuity and corneal endothelial cell density between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 week,1 month and 2 months after surgery,the best-corrected visual acuity in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the corneal endothelial cell density in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:FLACS has a good effect in the treatment of hard nuclear cataract,and the intraoperative condition and postoperative recovery effect of patients are good,and the incidence of adverse reactions is not increased.
