米那普仑与度洛西汀治疗抑郁症患者的效果观察

Effect Observation of Milnacipran and Duloxetine in Treatment of Depression Patients

目的:观察米那普仑与度洛西汀治疗抑郁症患者的效果。方法:选取2016年6月—2022年6月常熟市第三人民医院门诊收治的120例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为米那普仑组与度洛西汀组,各60例。米那普仑组接受米那普仑治疗,度洛西汀组接受度洛西汀治疗。比较两组心理状态、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组治疗有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。米那普仑组不良反应发生率低于度洛西汀组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027)。结论:米那普仑与度洛西汀治疗抑郁症的效果相当,均可有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁的消极情绪,但米那普仑的不良反应发生率更低。

Objective:To observe the effect of Milnacipran and Duloxetine in the treatment of depression patients.Methods:A total of 120 patients with depression admitted to the Outpatient Department of the Third People's Hospital of Changshu City from June 2016 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into Milnacipran group and Duloxetine group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The Milnacipran group received Milnacipran treatment and Duloxetine group received Duloxetine treatment.The psychological status,therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the efective rate of treatment between the two groups (P>0.05 ). The ineidence of advense reactions in the Milnacipran group was lower than that in the Duloxetine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027).Conclusion:Milnacipran and Duloxetine are equally effective in the treatment of depression,both drugs can effectively improve the negative emotions of anxiety and depression of patients,but Milnacipran has a lower incidence of adverse reactions.
