青霉素联合耳尖放血、针灸治疗儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎的效果分析

Analysis on Effect of Penicillin Combined with Ear Tip Bloodletting,Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treatment of Children with Acute Suppurative Tonsillitis

目的:分析青霉素联合耳尖放血、针灸对儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎的治疗效果。方法:选取2020年7月—2022年10月青岛市黄岛区中医医院收治的急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿202例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各101例。对照组给予常规对症治疗及青霉素治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用耳尖放血、针刺治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状消退时间、血清学指标。结果:治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。治疗组高热消退时间、咽痛消失时间、咽部脓性分泌物消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、C反应蛋白(CRP)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、CRP低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:青霉素联合耳尖放血、针灸治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的效果确切,能够有效改善临床症状,缩短病程,恢复血清学指标。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of penicillin combined with ear tip bloodletting,acupuncture and moxibustion on children with acute suppurative tonsillitis.Methods:A total of 202 children with acute suppurative tonsillitis who were treated at the Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Huangdao District,Qingdao from July 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 101 cases each.The control group received routine symptomatic treatment and penicillin treatment;On the basis of the control group,the treatment group received ear tip bloodletting,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.Clinical efficacy,fever relief time,and serological indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of treatment in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).The fever relief time,pharyngeal pain disappearance time and pharyngeal purulent secretion disappearance time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in white blood cell count,neutrophil percentage,and C-reactive protein(CRP)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count,neutrophil percentage,and CRP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Penicillin combined with ear tip bloodletting,acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children has a definite effect,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,shorten the course of the disease,and restore serological indexes.
