西医常规药物联合小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Conventional Medicament Therapy Combined with Acupuncture Scalpel Therapy in the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的:探讨西医常规药物联合小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2022年8月昆明市中医医院骨伤科收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者118例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各59例。对照组接受西医常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受小针刀治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。治疗后,两组Oswestry功能障碍指数、下肢痛评分、腰痛评分及血清前列腺素E_(2)、5-羟色胺、红细胞沉降率、血清C反应蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,β-内啡肽高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:西医常规药物联合小针刀治疗能有效缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者的主观疼痛感,改善功能障碍,降低疼痛相关因子水平,减轻炎性损伤。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of conventional western medicament combined with Acupuncture-scalpel in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:118 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Kunming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group using the method of randomized numerical table,each with 59 cases.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture-scalpel therapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).After treatment,Oswestry dysfunction index,lower limb pain scaling,low back pain scaled score and serum indicators like prostaglandin E2,5-hydroxytryptamine,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,serum C reactive protein level of the two groups were lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than those of the control group.Considering the level ofβ-endorphin it was higher than that before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional western medicament combined with acupuncture-scalpel therapy can effectively alleviate the pain sensation of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,improve the dysfunction,and reduce the inflammatory reaction.
