归芍丹甲汤口服联合活血通络汤保留灌肠治疗双侧输卵管通而不畅不孕症的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Oral Administration of Guishao Danjia Decoction Combined with Huoxue Tongluo Decoction Retention Enema in Treatment of Partial Obstruction of Bilateral Fallopian Tubes and Infertility

目的:探讨归芍丹甲汤口服联合活血通络汤保留灌肠治疗双侧输卵管通而不畅不孕症的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年12月广东省生殖医院和广州市海珠区妇幼保健院收治的60例双侧输卵管通而不畅不孕症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组口服归芍丹甲汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予活血通络汤保留灌肠。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。随访期内,观察组宫内受孕率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.004)。结论:归芍丹甲汤口服联合活血通络汤保留灌肠治疗双侧输卵管通而不畅不孕症的效果显著,可疏通受阻的输卵管,提高受孕率。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of oral administration of Guishao Danjia Decoction combined with Huoxue Tongluo Decoction retention enema in the treatment of partial obstruction of bilateral fallopian tubes and infertility.Methods:A total of 60 patients with partial obstruction of bilateral fallopian tubes and infertility admitted to Guangdong Provincial Fertility Hospital and Guangzhou Haizhu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated by oral administration of Guishao Danjia Decoction.Observation group was given retention enema with Huoxue Tongluo Decoction on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).During the follow-up period,the intrauterine conception rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.004).Conclusion:Oral administration of Guishao Danjia Decoction combined with Huoxue Tongluo Decoction retention enema has a significant effect in the treatment of partial obstruction of bilateral fallopian tubes and infertility,which can smooth the blocked fallopian tubes and increase the conception rate.
