蒋锴运用扶土抑木法治疗儿童抽动障碍脾虚痰聚证经验探析

Experience Analysis on Reinforcing Soil and Restraining Wood by Jiang Kai in Treating Children’s Tic Disorder with Syndrome of Spleen Deficiency and Phlegm Accumulation

蒋锴教授认为儿童抽动障碍与遗传、教育环境、情志、饮食等因素相关,病机以脾虚肝旺为本,风痰鼓动为标,治疗应以扶土抑木,健脾化痰为原则,善用炒白术、天麻、炒薏苡仁、黄芩、白芍、珍珠母、石菖蒲、川芎、陈皮、炙甘草等药物治疗,临床疗效显著。该文从病因病机、理法方药等方面总结蒋锴教授治疗儿童抽动障碍的临床经验,并列举医案,为儿童抽动障碍治疗提供了新思路。

Professor Jiang Kai believes that children's tic disorder is related to genetics,educational environment,emotions,diet and other factors.The pathogenesis includes spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity as the symptoms,and wind-phlegm agitation as the root causes.The treatment should be based on the principle of supporting soil and suppressing wood,strengthening spleen and eliminating phlegm,and use medicines such as stir-fried ovate atractylodes root,tall gastrodia tuber,stir-fried coix seed,scutellaria baicalensis,debark peony root,nacre,grassleaf sweetflag rhizome,Sichuan lovage rhizome,dried tangerine peel,prepared liquorice root.The clinical efficacy is remarkable.This paper summarizes Professor Jiang Kai's clinical experience in treating children with tic disorder from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,theory,prescription and medicine,and lists medical case,which provide a novel idea for the treatment of children with tic disorder.
