子女参与的延伸护理在老年糖尿病视网膜病变术后患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Extended Nursing with Offspring's Participation in Postoperative Nursing of Elderly Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy

目的:探讨子女参与的延伸护理在老年糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者术后护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年3月—2021年2月于江门五邑爱尔新希望眼科医院进行手术治疗的108例老年DR患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各54例。常规组实施常规护理,研究组在常规组基础上实施子女参与的延伸护理。比较两组视力恢复情况、遵医行为依从性及自我效果感。结果:研究组视力总恢复率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.029)。研究组按时服药、血糖监测、饮食控制、定期复查评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组糖尿病自我效能量表评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008)。研究组并发症总发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026)。结论:子女参与的延伸护理在老年DR术后患者护理中的应用效果显著,能有效促进患者术后视力恢复,改善其遵医行为依从性及自我效能感,并减少并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the application effect of extended nursing with offspring's participation in postoperative nursing of elderly patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods:A total of 108 elderly patients with DR who underwent surgery in Jiangmen Wuyi Aier Hope Eye Hospital from March 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups with 54 cases in each group by random number table method.The routine group implemented routine nursing,and the study group implemented extended nursing with offspring's participation on the basis of the routine group.The recovery of visual acuity,medical behavior compliance and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:The total visual acuity recovery rate in the study group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.029).The scores of timely medication,blood glucose monitoring,diet control and regular re-check in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of diabetes self-efficacy scale in the study group was higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.008).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.026).Conclusion:The application of extended nursing with offspring's participation in postoperative nursing of elderly patients with DR has a significant effect,which can effectively promote the recovery of visual acuity after surgery,improve the medical behavior compliance and self-efficacy,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
