医养结合背景下喀什市社区居家失能老人长期护理需求的影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors of Long-Term Care Needs of Home-Dwelling Disabled Elderly in Community of Kashgar City Under the Background of Combination of Medical Care and Nursing Care

目的:分析医养结合背景下喀什市社区居家失能老人长期护理需求的影响因素。方法:于2022年1—4月采用随机抽样法抽取喀什市5个社区的265名居家失能老人作为研究对象,自行编制老人需求量表,评估不同等级失能老人护理需求情况。结果:失能老人社区长期护理需求总分为(40.26±7.54)分,需求程度由高到低依次为医疗护理需求、日常生活需求、精神心理需求和经济需求。年龄、受教育程度、用药种数、月收入情况是护理服务需求的影响因素。结论:社区居家失能老人对日常生活照护的需求较大,年龄、受教育程度、用药种类、月收入为社区失能老人护理需求的影响因素。

Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of long-term care needs of the home-dwelling disabled elderly people in the communities of Kashgar City under the background of combination of medical care and nursing care.Methods:A random sampling method was used to select 265 disabled elderly people from five communities in Kashgar City from January to April 2022 as the study population.The care needs of disabled elderly people with different levels were assessed by self-developed elderly needs scale.Results:The total score of long-term care needs of the disabled elderly people in the communities was(40.26±7.54)points,the need was ranked in a descending order as follow:medical care needs,daily life needs,mental and psychological needs,and economic needs.The influencing factors of care service needs were age,education level,number of medications,and monthly income.Conclusion:The home-dwelling disabled elderly people in the communities have a great demand for daily life care.The influencing factors of care needs of disabled elderly people in the communities are age,education level,number of medications,and monthly income.
