耳针联合穴位贴敷对膝骨性关节炎患者骨代谢炎症因子及疼痛的影响

Effect of auricular acupuncture combined with acupoint application on bone metabolism inflammatory factors and pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨耳针联合穴位贴敷对膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者骨代谢炎症因子及疼痛的影响。方法选取郑州市骨科医院2021年2月至2023年2月收治的120例KOA患者,按随机数字表分为对照组、研究组,各60例;对照组予常规治疗,研究组基于常规治疗予耳针联合穴位贴敷治疗;对比两组疗效、骨代谢炎症因子指标[骨钙素(BGP)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、酒石酸盐酸性磷酸酶异构体(TRACP-5b)]、血液流变学指标[红细胞聚集指数(AI)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)]及疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]。结果研究组总有效率93.33%较对照组75.00%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月,研究组TRACP-5b、AI、FIB、ESR水平较对照组低,BGP、BALP水平较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月,研究组VAS评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论KOA患者采用耳针联合穴位贴敷治疗效果较好,可调节骨代谢炎症因子水平与血液流变学指标,减轻疼痛程度。

Objective To explore the effect of auricular acupuncture combined with acupoint application on bone metabolism inflammatory factors and pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 120 KOA patients admitted to Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 60 patients in each group;The control group received routine treatment,while the study group received auricular acupuncture combined with acupoint application based on routine treatmen;The curative efficacy,bone metabolism inflammatory factor indicators(bone Gla-protein[BGP],bone-specific alkaline phosphatase[BALP],tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (5b[TRACP-5b]),hemorheological indicators(erythrocyte aggregation index[AI]),fibrinogen[FIB],erythrocyte sedimentation rate[ESR]),and pain severity(visual analogue scale[VAS]score)of the of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%higher than that of the control group 75.00%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After one month of treatment,the levels of TRACP-5b,AI,FIB,and ESR in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of BGP and BALP were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);After one month of treatment,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of KOA patients using auricular acupuncture combined with acupoint application has a good effect,which can regulate the levels of inflammatory factors in bone metabolism and blood rheology indicators,and reduce the degree of pain.
