延续性护理对急性缺血性卒中神经源性膀胱患者生活质量的影响

Effect of continuous nursing on the quality of life of patients with acute ischemic stroke neurogenic bladder

目的:观察延续性护理对急性缺血性卒中神经源性膀胱患者生活质量的影响。方法:81例急性缺血性卒中神经源性膀胱患者采用随机数字表法分成两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用延续性护理。干预3个月后,评估患者的生活质量,记录患者的依从性,分析患者的膀胱功能,并记录并发症。结果:干预后,观察组患者的社会功能、生理功能环境领域、心理功能评分均明显高于对照组,清洁间歇自我导尿、饮水计划、膀胱训练等依从性明显提高,单次平均排尿量明显高于对照组,日均排尿次数、日均漏尿次数、自主排尿时间均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发病率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延续性护理干预可以提高患者的依从性,减少泌尿系统并发症,对改善患者的生活质量起到积极作用。

Objective To observe the effect of continuous nursing on the quality of life of patients with acute ischemic stroke neurogenic bladder.Method Eighty-one patients with acute ischemic stroke neurogenic bladder were divided into two groups by random number table method,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received continuous nursing.Three months after the intervention,the patients'quality of life was assessed,the patient's compliance was recorded,the patient's bladder function was analyzed,and complications were recorded.Results After the intervention,the social function,physiological function environment,and psychological function scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Compared with the control group,the average daily urination frequency,the average daily urine leakage frequency,and the spontaneous urination time were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention can improve patients'compliance,reduce urinary system complications,and play a positive role in improving patients'quality of life.
