钢桁梁桥超细长箱型杆件研制技术及应用

摘要 钢桁梁桥因刚度大、重量轻、施工简便等优势,成为钢结构桥梁的主要选择类型之一。随着桥梁宽度需求增加,钢桁梁桥杆件长度增大,形成了超细长复杂箱形杆件结构。超细长复杂箱形杆件整体节点大、连接关系复杂、零件拼板量大、熔透焊缝多、栓接孔群精度要求高,导致加工制作难度提升,质量控制要求也大大提高。为提升超细长复杂箱型杆件制造技术,完善质量控制,文章结合白洋长江公路大桥项目经验,分析其超细长箱型杆件制造技术、钻孔工艺及钢桁梁总成组装技术,应用成果可为类似钢结构桥梁工程提供经验参考。 Steel-truss-girder bridge is one of the main type of steel-structure bridge because of its large rigidity,light weight and simple construction.With the increase of bridge width,the length of steel-truss-girder bridge bar increases,and a super-slender complex box bar structure appears.It is difficult to manufacture the super-slender complex box bar and control its quality due to large joints,complex connections,large amount of panels,many penetration welds and high accuracy requirements of bolt-joint holes group.In order to improve the manufacturing technology of super-slender complex box bar and perfect the quality control,this paper analyzes the manufacturing,drilling and steel truss assembling technique of super-slender complex box bar structure based on the project experience of Baiyang Yangtze River Highway Bridge.The research results can provide empirical reference for further construction work in similar steel-structure bridges.
