摘要
新建隧道近距离下穿既有地铁线路区间时,容易造成既有地铁线路区间隧道发生沉降变形,影响地铁列车的正常运营,甚至诱发既有地铁线路区间隧道结构发生破坏。为了解决隧道盾构下穿过程中的掘进安全及既有地铁线路的运营顺利和结构稳定,依托清华园隧道盾构下穿北京地铁10号线区间隧道具体工程项目,采用工程类比、模拟试验、现场监测等方法,研究了清华园隧道盾构下穿的最优掘进参数选取、变形控制措施组合及既有隧道结构变形、地表沉降规律分析,形成了新建隧道近距离盾构下穿既有地铁线路变形控制技术,研究成果可为其他隧道下穿工程提供参考借鉴和技术支撑。
When a newly built tunnel passes under the existing subway line section at a short distance,it is easy to cause the settlement deformation of the existing subway line section tunnel,which affects the normal operation of the subway train,and even induces the damage of the existing subway line section tunnel structure.In order to solve the tunneling safety in the process of tunnel shield underpassing and the smooth operation and structural stability of the existing subway line,relying on the specific project of Tsinghuayuan tunnel shield underpassing Beijing Metro Line 10 section tunnel,using engineering analogy,field test,field monitoring and other research methods,the optimal tunneling parameters selection,deformation control measures combination,existing tunnel structure deformation and surface settlement law analysis of Tsinghuayuan tunnel shield tunneling are studied,and the deformation control technology of newly built tunnel shield underpassing existing subway line at a short distance is formed.The research results can provide reference and technical support for other tunnel unserpassing projects.
